About Wise Network
Wise Network is an international telecommunications company working in wholesale voice, A2P messaging and telecom security, with telecommunications experience since 2003.
Telecommunications experience since 2003
Wise Network brings telecommunications experience dating back to 2003. We were early to take advantage of VoIP and SIP, designing software and acquiring the hardware to deliver complete voice products to service providers and, through them, to end users.
Because we started in voice early, we built our product line around demand from carrier partners and market opportunity, and developed a portfolio of reliable wholesale and retail routes. Over the following two decades that portfolio grew into international A2P messaging and, from our experience of how traffic is routed and abused, into telecom security products.

Who we work with
Mobile network operators, telecom groups, wholesale and voice carriers, SMS aggregators, CPaaS providers, OTT platforms and enterprises. Many of our partners are both buyers and suppliers: they send us traffic on some destinations and carry ours on others.
Offices and infrastructure
Our offices are in Beirut, Lebanon and Mahe, Seychelles. Our equipment is colocated in Canada and the Netherlands, with redundant power and connectivity. Support and service teams cover North America, Europe and the Middle East, and technical support is available 24/7.

How we work
- Technical first. Questions about SIP, SMPP, SS7 or Diameter go to engineers who configure them.
- Evidence before claims. We test routes before they carry traffic and measure an operator's traffic before a firewall rule blocks anything.
- Plain commercial terms. Route types, rates and reporting are stated per destination, not blended behind one price.
Our route and compliance policy
Wise Network carries SMS only on direct and approved routes. We do not use SIM farms or P2P bypass to terminate A2P traffic. We do not carry voice or SMS traffic to or from countries or parties under UN, US (OFAC), EU or UK sanctions.
We build the products operators use to detect and block grey routes, so we hold our own traffic to the same standard.
